Innovex Engineering – Container Ventilation Study Testing in Kamloops, B.C.

Study objective

Innovex Engineering evaluated DRY-CON X vent performance against traditional whirlybird vents on shipping containers in Kamloops, British Columbia.

Testing approach

The comparison study ran from July 11 through July 28, 2024 and measured airflow performance under the same testing environment.

Documented outcome

Testing showed DRY-CON X vents outperformed traditional vents 83% of the time, sometimes moving over twice the airflow. The vents prevent pressure buildup under normal conditions, and during high-heat events (150°C), they safely release pressure.
